At the Annual Benefits Meeting in September, members mentioned still receiving Explanations of Benefit (EOBs) from VibrantRx despite having requested the paperless option. As of November 18, 2024, the problem still exists for some of us. VibrantRx is attempting to correct the software issue and hopes to have a resolution by the end of this year. If RECOM learns the problem has been corrected, we will post that information for our members.
I am among those experiencing this problem and have been corresponding with Erica Navarro in Employee Benefits. If the issue persists into January, I will follow-up with Erica again.

All employees, spouses, committed partners and dependents need to re-enroll as a new patient at the Wellness Center with Premise Health. You can create your new patient account in the portal by scanning the QR code (below) or logging into the website.
Your first appointment must be in-person, but once you are seen in-person, you will have the ability to make follow-up appointments with your provider by phone or video. Bring a photo ID and your insurance cards to your first appointment.
The new portal will not include previous lab or medical information. If you would like to see your previous lab results, sign-up for an account with Sonora Quest (if you do not already have an account, to obtain your previous lab results). Going forward your lab results (if drawn at the Health Center) will be on your My Premise Health Portal of Lab Corp.
If you need medical records for a specialist, referral or other provider before you are able to make an in-person appointment, you can complete the Medical Release of Information form. Patients can sign the release form, fax it in, or scan it and email it to: mesahealthcenterfrontdesk@presmisehealth.com
Please be patient with the Wellness Center as they have a high demand for appointments and are doing their best to accommodate everyone as they navigate the IT systems and re-enroll all patients. If you need care sooner than the next available appointment, you have access to free (no copy) Urgent Care via virtual/telehealth through MDLive with Cigna.
